It is your duty to guarantee that the furniture you have ordered will fit in your home and that our delivery van will be able to get near enough to your property to make delivery. Look out for twisty passageways, low doors, and dogleg stairs. If our logistics team believes that delivering large products upstairs poses a risk to your property or to them, they may refuse to deliver upstairs. We hope this makes sense.
